Registered address for companies
We provide a registered address for newly set-up companies in Vilnius and other Lithuanian cities at a non-recurrent fee. After the company registration at the FINITA provided address, we render virtual office assistance without additional charges – a more detailed description of virtual office assistance is provided further on
Rates of registered address services:
- 200 EUR + VAT – a standard fee of registered address service
- 177 EUR + VAT – for those ordering FINITA new company set-up service
- 150 EUR + VAT – for those ordering FINITA accounting management services for 18 months
The rate includes handling and storing of customer’s correspondence, e-mail messages to the customer regarding received letter/parcels, re-sending of letters/parcels to the customer’s indicated address (at an extra fee). These services are provided free of charge 1 year from acquiring a registered address. Later on, we offer to extend the virtual office service order. The price – from 18 EUR per month excluding VAT.
